Let guests book with you directly.

I build websites for hosts and tourism businesses. Guests can book directly on your site, and you can see where enquiries and bookings came from. The figures appear in your own dashboard, which is easy to use on your phone too.

  • A website and booking flow built around your business
  • Visitor counts without Google Analytics
  • Your data stays in the EU
  • Your website and booking data belong to you

Have a look for yourself

You can try all three demos yourself. Make a test booking and it will show up in the matching dashboard shortly afterwards.

  1. Open a demo
  2. Make a test booking
  3. Check the dashboard

The businesses and figures are fictional. Test bookings are deleted after 48 hours.

For hosts and small tourism businesses

I work with agriturismi, B&Bs and holiday homes, as well as tour operators and wineries. Most of my clients are in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Italy. If your business is elsewhere, just ask.

Three sample businesses to try

The businesses are fictional, but the websites and booking flows work. Try making a test booking; it will be deleted after 48 hours.

From our first conversation to launch

  1. First, we talk

Tell me about your business and your guests. Together, we’ll look at what your website does today and what you’d like to change.

  2. Plan and design

I’ll suggest a structure and a design. You can review it and tell me what feels right and what you’d like to change.

  3. Building the website

I’ll put the site together using your text and photos. You can check the progress and share feedback along the way.

  4. Launch and support

Once everything is ready, the website goes live on your domain. I’ll then keep the site, analytics and dashboard up to date.

Depending on the project, it usually takes a few weeks from our first conversation to launch.

Carlos Ortiz Liz in Vittorito

A little about me

I’m Carlos. I trained in tourism and have worked in the industry for 13 years. These days I build websites with booking and reporting for hosts and tourism businesses.

I speak German, English and Spanish. I’m still learning Italian.

Since 2024, Zita, our son and I have lived in Vittorito, a small town in Abruzzo. Our home is a 450-year-old stone house. Zita and I also run casa abruzzo, where we host week-long cooking trips.

At casa abruzzo, we ask ourselves the same questions as other hosts: Where do our guests come from? Who books directly and who uses a portal? Is the newsletter worth it? I want the dashboard to answer questions like these clearly, without making you study a report first.

Tell me about your business

What’s already working well on your website, and what would you like to change? Just drop me a line. I reply in German, English or Spanish.
